Order and delivery information

Delivery
Monday to Friday only. Goods sent by our standard service are normally despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of our receiving your order. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Payment
Prices on this website are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. They are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges. Please note that our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT.

Payment methods
Empty Me accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and VisaDebit.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place your order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Card payments will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is despatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

For orders placed by mail or phone we also accept UK cheques (crossed and made payable to Empty Me Limited). All cheques must be cleared before products are dispatched.

Terms & Conditions

Use of the website
By placing an order with Empty Me you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Every purchase you make via Empty Me's website shall be deemed performed in England. The use of the website and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.

Empty Me reserves the right to:

• modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or
    
• change these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms & Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website

Contract, Order Acceptance & Cancellation
The steps required to create the contract between you and Empty Me are as follows:

1. You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the 'Place Order' button at the end of the checkout process.
    
2. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance from Empty Me.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it before despatch.

We may not be able to accept your order or part of your order due to one of the following reasons:

• The product you ordered is out of stock
    
• Authorisation of your payment failed
   
• We made a pricing or product description error
      
• You are not eligible to order from Empty Me.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Services team.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
